A family business since 1912, Steinert's Greenhouse and Gardens is one of the best places in Springfield to satisfy your plant and produce needs. With thirteen greenhouses and almost twenty acres of land, the grounds are covered with an abundant and flourishing supply of perennials, annuals, shrubs, roses, herbs, and much much more. During the summer months, the salesroom is stocked full of fresh produce, some of which is grown at Steinert's very own gardens. When the fall season comes around, the chrysanthemums are in full bloom and the annual Mum Fest always celebrate this. Finally, while most things go into their dormant state, the greenhouse crew is still hard at work during the winter holidays for poinsettias that definitely do not disappoint.
