Garden Adventures Nursery Crape Myrtle Breeding Program

I would like to invite everyone to attend the monthly meeting of the Springfield Water Garden Society on Thursday, March 8, 6:30 p.m. at the Botanical Center, 2400 S. Scenic. Their meeting immediately follows the Friends of the Garden meeting that starts at 5 p.m. I have been asked to speak on the subject of our crape myrtle breeding program. (You are invited to both meetings.)

I know many of you were (at the nursery) in January when we made the announcement, and many of you have read George Freeman’s article in Greene Magazine, but this night I am going to be focusing more on the process, and not so much on the end result. Put it on your calendar, and I will give you more info later. Dow
